internal moderation information; or
your precise sensitive matching filters.

4. Contact Information Exchange

Your phone number, personal email, or social-media information will not be automatically released to a match merely because you accepted a date.

Where the mutual exchange feature is used, we will release designated contact information only when both participants independently agree.

You remain free to voluntarily provide information directly to another adult during a date.

5. Private Feedback

Post-date feedback is intended to be private.

matchmakers will not need routine access;
it will not be shared with another participant;
it will not be used for advertising; and
it will be deleted pursuant to our retention policy when no longer reasonably necessary.

Where practical, we may use a third-party verification service and retain only the verification outcome.

active profile information while your account remains active;
verification photographs for only a limited period after verification;

limited retention of safety records where reasonably necessary to prevent banned users from immediately returning; and
legally required records for the applicable period.
